‘art X women’ – an art project for solidarity and visibility
The Museum Franzensfeste Fortress and the Frauenhausdienst Brixen invite committed artists from all disciplines to take part in the ‘art X women’ project.
We are looking for works that can be made available for sale – the proceeds will go directly to the Brixen women’s refuge service, which has been working for years to protect women affected by violence and their children.
The submitted works of art will be presented in an exhibition at the Franzensfeste fortress in autumn 2025.
With this project, we are sending a strong, public signal against violence against women, promoting artistic exploration of socially relevant topics and creating space for dialogue and visibility.
